Got one fitted with four 1mm pencil jets I use on factories and offices
Not used it on residential but don't see why not, it's very light and would make short work of patio doors

I have had one since they came out but couldn't get away with it until last month when I fitted the smaller pencil jets and I have started using hot water all the time now. I use it on everything now.it speeds me up a lot.
ps it's got 4 pencil jets fitted.

Used the extreme mixed wide one for 6 months resi work, excellent IMO, when it wears a bit you can just cut it down inch by inch. ;D
