Title: Keep the fax tone on WCM videos?

How many think we should drop the signature fax tone at the beginning of the WCM videos??

The same poll is running in Facebook and these are some of the comments so far:

************* Keep the fax tone. I like the sound of it. Just turn the volume down a little. It will catch a peson totally off guard.  Reminds me of the old days when conecting to the internet. Same tone.

************* hadnt heard a fax tone in years that i thought it was a dail up tone from yesteryear. It gets you ready for whats about to come. sort of a build up like lion roaring or the trumpet blast at the start of a film.

Currently the other poll is here http://www.facebook.com/groups/180431838757586/ and ppl so far have only voted on 'Keep the fax tone' or 'Replace fax tone with a subtle signature'.

I hate it to be honest reminds me of when I was a kid loading games on a zx spectrum ;D

I had the commodore as well never had the pleasure of the Amstrad cpc 464 though :'(

Like you said love it or hate it ....it's the signature music

It would be like coronation street Dallas east Enders etc.. Changing their music

You lot were obviouslyoaded i never had a compoooter until i bought a 2nd hand megadrive for myself...used to buy my own school uniform too.

If you want to - depends how many ppl are going to be using your phone lol if its just you then prob not worth it  ;)
