Title: Calling west midlands window cleaners
Post by: Mr Sparkle on March 26, 2013, 09:05:53 pm
Hi guys just wondered if anyone in the west mids has managed to get out cleaning this week with the snow?
I'm from sedgley and snow is still bad.
Need to get out and work asap.
Going to try and go for it on thursday as can't afford to have anymore time off.
I'm water fed pole .
Will customers start moaning if i turn up in snow?

I'm in Stourbridge mate. Didn't work on Monday but went for a drive to see what it was like in the places where I was due to go this week. I was pleasantly surprised that most were snow-free! So its been business as usual since yesterday and I'm hopefull of getting everything up to date by Saturday!
Good luck anyway!

probally good idea james it is thawing in the day but then refreezes on a night. Had some good customers asking to do just fronts as either snow behind gates or bolts frozen. Not much fun, still summer will soon be here.

Cheers guys for the confidence that you have been out in it.
I'm definetley going for it tomorrow. Most work is down tipton tomo so hopefully not as much snow there as sedgley  :)
Did you find the hose was ok lying in the snow?
Worried will freeze as soon as touches the snow.
Bring on the summer  :)

No promblems with the hose freezing. The main promblem is the snow and ice under it. Good luck tomorow should imagine tipton be ok.
