i have a customer who wants communal stairways cleaned whats the best method to clean that style floor

I've also got an enquiry for terrazzo - about 8 years old - so how would you clean it and well does it polish?
How do you tell the difference between resin and cement based - put a spot of acid on it?

I will if you tell me What equipment you have, the M2 involved and rough sizes of the steps (treads& risers)
