Title: Dirty snow
Post by: hilland on March 25, 2013, 10:56:08 am
This snow that is falling at the moment is odd looking stuff, comes down like snow but looks like hail stones. Washed my window on Saturday and on Sunday morning noticed a massive amount of marks all over the window  , which is annoying because I also did a lot of customers windows aswell and god knows what they will think. Anyway I thought I would take in some clean looking fresh snow and melt it down slowly in the house and test it. I often do this to rain which measures usually between 2  and 6 , this melted snow measured 269 , I though it would be as clear as rain but this isn't , anyone noticed nasty marks left after this snow.

so you are saying that the wind is blowing muck around which  will adhere more easily to the wet windows you just washed?
