Title: Caravans
Post by: Steve H on March 24, 2013, 10:00:07 pm
I iknow its Sunday evening, but just getting a few questions in while i can, any replies during the next few days are ok.

Just asking if anyone on here cleans caravans?

I live in Norfolk and have been approached by a customer (who has contact with a caravan site) to see if i would be interested in cleaning caravans.

I dont have any experience in this but was wondering who might do this work and whether they use a wfp or pressure washer etc (with attachments ie karcher type) or both!!! (or none of these)!!! ???

Any help or guidance as to where to find this information would be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Steve

I start my caravan cleans next week approx 150 caravans each year it varies up-down 20 or so very easy really spray the caravan with virosol or similar  then clean with tap water then go over them with pure often you get black marks running down the sides of the windows clean them with a magic sponge  Allow 30 minutes  a caravan if you are pricing them up . You don't need good brushes  as the caravans pull them apart

30 mins to clean a caravan is good going :o...Done my own last week took nearly double that, was stinking though and the roof took some serious scrubbing, depends how dirty they are i suppose.
