Title: Threat of a hosepipe ban

Now winter is over and the first day is within sight that conceivably we don't have any rainfall - when do you expect they will start to mention a hosepipe ban ? I was thinking about getting my letters off to the water company now !

winter over carl, i have had to cancel tomorrow & Tuesdays  work due to heavy snow here,
