Title: Oven cleaning - dip tank problems
Post by: Neil Harvey on March 23, 2013, 07:53:09 pm
The gas burner keeps turning itself off every 10-15 mins. It is not due to lack of gas as I have just put a new bottle on - any ideas people? It relights fine as well and then goes for another 10 mins or so then goes off again.

Thermocouple ? Thats the thing that sits in the flame - when the flame goes out it stops the gas. Get a competant person to look at it

Thanks for the suggestions people. Got the valve changed in the burner and this appears to have solved the problem  :)
