Has anyone local got a number 1 clamp spare that I can buy and collect from you tomorrow(Sunday) or Monday(working in Chorley Monday).
I'll buy off the website but it won't be here until Tuesday/Wednesday.
I've managed to snap the original one on the HP pole I made.

Think iv got one fr a clx 18 ??

I agree that's awesome!
I've got an old number 1 section you can have
It's got the screw thread on if that's any help ?
I'm down the right end of the lancs ;)

Bought the pole a month ago and followed suit to another member on here who made one. It's belting, but a lesson learnt when bringing the surface cleaner down due to the weight as it snapped the clamp. Also used fittings with either a turbo nozzle or fan nozzle which is lighter.
We cleaned stone sills 3 storey last week from the ground with this.

If you've snapped the clamp where it's already split (if that makes sense) you can easily get by for a few days with it taped up. Seems odd but it definitely works.

I'll keep you in mind but would prefer someone closer with just a clamp so I can glue on with araldite.
That roof was done from the ground too. Not the sort of tiles you wanna walk on! ;D

Maybe so with a brush pal with up to 100psi flowing through but not with high pressure. The HP hose's ferrule locks in tight when the clamp is closed. Without this ferrule being tight the flow of water will make the whole fitting move.

Meet Colin at end of the lancs

How much did you charge for this roof cleaning Lee ?
-
Great results Blast away. What pressure do you use on those tiles and does the roof tiles not leak.
-
not local blastaway , but you can have a brand new one of me f o c , but im in huyton liverpool about 30 seconds from the m 62 so maybe a bit closer than colin but not much

Dani, that roof is a small extension on the side of a 6 bedroom house. We were there for gutter vac and jetted the downspouts with this pole from the ground. 2nd time customer. The roof took 10 minutes to do while my brother was on the vac, I charged £30 on top of the bill. If it would have been booked in solely for the roof tiles then obviously more.
