This company say they do.
'' Last year we cleaned approximately 10,400,000.00 windows and received less than 200 complaints a result we are proud of and endeavour to continue!''
That's 5,000 an hour x 8 hours a day x 5 days a week every week of the year.
40,000 a day
200,000 a week
I can manage about 18-20 houses in a 6-7 hour day 'on the glass'' at about 12 windows per house equals about 200 windows a day.
So if wanted to do 40,000 windows a day I'd need 200 men working for me.
This company must be huge. And that's trad!

Its not that theyre huge, more likely theyve got the decimal point in the wrong place. Probably 10,000 windows.
There probably isnt 10,000,000 windows in Wales is there?

You need to up your game :P
Seriously though, never seen them round here or even heard of them - and they do carpet cleaning too, apparently?
-
i woundnt advertise about complaints atall, people will just see that they had upto 200 people complain about them!
-
Bound to be vat registered with that kind of workload, I would imagine?

Some more b/s again. Tell someone who cares.

The line that interests me is this:
"We offer our high quality window cleaning service on a three and a half weekly basis"
How does a 3.5 weekly schedule work? Never heard of this before :)

if you make 3.25 i.e half of five days it works out at 16 cleans per year, pretty strange though

gift of the gab .n a few many lies goes a long way . ;D

The other thing to keep in mind is what is counted as a window. My house for instance has 11 windows, but if you want to count all the separate panes of glass then the number jumps to 28. But then what would count as a complaint? Each pane of glass that was messed up of just the phone call.
Personally if I had 1 complaint in a year I would be concearned, 10 I would really examine my cleaning methods. 200 I think it's time to hire new staff.
Simon.

Ah, PM window cleaning; I've seen them around here though they don't do a lot. Little cars, signwritten, dodgy ladders - crumpled aluminium where the rubber feet ought to be. Lads who sometimes don't wear belt kit; just up a ladder with a scrim over their shoulder with a mop 'n' squeegy in one hand.
They're not paid a lot and I've not heard good things about their boss either.
I think they are South Wales's biggest window cleaning company though, but I'm not sure; we probably live on the fringes of the area they cover so I don't see them too often.
