Title: winterising pressure washer
Post by: johnny bravo on March 21, 2013, 03:17:54 pm: When winter / frosts come do any of you consider taking washer off trolley and storing it in the house covered up well, i will prob do this next year if it takes off. save worrying about frost damage

You ought to look at a small storage unit for the bad weather, work out cheaper and loads less hassle than replacing pump etc.

Post by: Roger Oakley on March 21, 2013, 09:21:36 pm: I did a thread on here couple of years ago, about winterising machines, but it the powers that be (mods) never made it a "sticky", but short answer is you need to run anti-freeze through the machine in colder temps.

Bit like this year, don't remember it being this cold for so long for ages, I've had to cancel this weekends work as we wouldn't get it finished (decking)
