hi,i am cleaning a slate floor in a restaurant on saturday. The area is about 30 ft x 30ft.Its filthy. They want it cleaned and sealed. Can anyone help with what i should charge, thanks.

Unfortunately nobody can answer this.
The price is your time + materials + profit.
Only you know what your overhead recovery per hour is.
-
What your doing it without even giving the customer a price first

Watch out! sounds like in there mind its a hard floor = easy 'we'll just get the guy who's doing the carpet to do this floor bit of a mop and bucket job hardly cost anything' Could get your fingers burned.

Do not do a job like this without doing a test area!!! It could be sealed with Yacht Varnish you have no idea
