went to to quote a house yesterday and she said are you going to clean them properly or with that pole thing  ;D, dont think she understood when i said both,  ;D

There are a lot of really bad splash and dash wfp window cleaners at this game.
The problem is that customers blame the method and not the person.

Offer what i do. If not happy with the first clean then will come back and do it for free. It makes you work that much harder getting them upto spec and with the few that dont come up so well at least you havnt lost a customer because of it and will gain customers respect for coming back and not charging. Helps keeps the cancelation rate down too.

normally thats what we do, but it wasnt one i was particularly bothered about, she said she will ring, hope she doesnt,
