Title: Safety induction payment

I,m doing an large commercial site in N wales on monday and they are actualy paying me to come in an hour earlier to have a site safety induction :D thats a first for me .WILL BE WEARING MY WELSH RUGBY JERSEY THAT WILL IMPRESS THEM ;D

not as much as hi vis, safety shoes, and eye protection

That is a first.  Done loads of them but only because been forced to as part and parcel of getting a contract

Did a gas plant once and had to go on a 4 hour h+ s seminar session with them before we were allowed on site to clean  ::)roll

Think i'll put the WELSH logo on my high vis that will cut the time down and only Saturdays game will be discussed :D
yeah its a unique one only a Soft Services induction not the plant. they asked me for my hourly rate and told the safety department draws a cheque in advance and hands out straight after the induction. Unusual but not complaining :)
