Sun nor wind, its hard to dry clothes. Especially when you need them!
So I popped my bonnet put a large rag over the engine bay then lay'ed the wet cloths and in 10mins while cleaning, they where completely dry. ::)roll

You wouldn't want to that with my van; oil all over the glass!!!!
-
I mentioned I put a large rang down then the clean cloths.
Also when it becomes wet I just wash it under a tap quick engine dry and reuse.
Saves me keeping my washing machine under use

why not just put them on the heater in the van with the blower on, only takes 5 mins.
-
I've had some good tips in my time, but that ain't one of them.
I can imagine the claim form now, I was drying my coat when the customer shouted "FIRE, FIRE"

how about this for a tip... dont eat yellow snow. :P

I would not like to introduce dirt/particles/fibres from a large rag into my engine compartment. Think I would prefer to eat the yellow snow.

I THINK ITS A VERY GOOD TIP.But typical of this forum when you give gold every one thinks its a ball of crap. That is why we often loose good posters. THEY ONLY PAY HEED IF YOU DRIVE A BMW, IMPRESSED WITH MARTIAL GOODS, SO SHALLOW. ??? ??? ??? ???
