Hi all,
Can anyone recommend where to get 100 meters of microbore from? Does anyone know if there's any sales/deals about?
Cheers

1. Have you turned the old one around?
2. Gardiners cheapest 100m is £38 plus vat and delivery - make the order up to £45 for free delivery. I bought two week before last.
Tip - once it is on the reel, pull it out straight and run some warm (immersion temperature) water through for five minutes so that the "memory" of the kinks gets removed.

Cheers Gold. I'm off to order now

Gardiner's is outa stock! :'(

Buy thermobore is a lot better.
All Gardeners hose out of stock must be changing to a new supplier.

varitech streamline hose mate ;)
Cheers, mate, but I've e-mailed Alex to see when he's getting in new stock. I want theirs, the tight-wad I am. I'm in no hurry.
The varitech stuff just looks like normal hose.

Thermobore is horrible if you are using cold water.

i had problems with gardiners normal microbore.it started bubbling up after a few months and split in a few places.to be fair though alex sent me 100m of replacement hose.ive still got it spare in the packaging as i bought some thermobore.
IMO thermobore is really excellent hose.i use a cold system too.its very tough and very managable even in cold weather.
my hose gets driven over hundreds of times a week and ive had no problems with thermobore since ive been using it which is over a year ago now.

I thought Thermobore was brilliant. It's not perfect though, mine has grown with warm water and goes rock hard with cold and has started coming apart after a year. Probably the best feeling hose I've used even if it doesn't look like it's going to last that long.
I've had some shocking hoses in the past. The best was some Streamline I had years ago that went on and on (cold only).
