Title: Online T's and C's System

I've had about enough of fools not showing up for appointments. I'm looking to legally charge call outs or late cancellations.

I'm after a system where I can get a digital signature agreeing to my T's and C's through email.

Any idea's?

There might be good idea to rise the prices a bit and offer some discount if the deposit is taken and not given back in case of cancellation.
Paypal, mobile terminals etc.
