Title: brass hose reel conector
Post by: dave0123 on March 12, 2013, 10:24:03 pm
Seen a few people using a 90 degree hose reel connecting instead of it being a hozelock one they have pushed there hose onto a barb and jubilee clips. Where can you get these barb ones from?

You could probably push the hose onto the standard elbow and jubilee it on. May not need a barb at all.

True.

I've used a 'back to back' hozelock connector without the bayonet bits to repair a cut hosepipe - just pushed the hose ends over the rubber sealing rings and secured with a couple of cable ties -  withstood mains pressure with no problems ;)

I know but am sure there was a proper 90 degree swivel with a bard you could get.
