Used the stuff last week in some large offices! some very bad very old coffee stains! Mixed at ten to one the stains completely disapeared after a short dwell time! Customer was delighted and now is booked in for a regukar maintenance clean I thought this stuff was a bit expensive at first but it works realy well and will be using it for the rest of my regular cleans in future and its smells lush as well
