Title: Merlin cracked and made a lake for me in garden

Put water on to pure last night as normal to wake up and find a massive iced over lake in my garden where merlin must have cracked from the night before's frost and cold. So lumbered to use a crappy 300 gpd for a few days untill new casing gets delivered.
What a joke in march!!!. To top it off i just got to longfield which is 20 odd miles from me and my bloody hose and pump has frozen up where its -4 here, other van in london is fine out working so at least still earning today. I defo think hot system's for me for next winter they are a must for days like today where it would be fine to work.
I hope everyone else is having a better day.  :'(

Nope got in van to go to my further round today......the a21 scared the sh*t out of me didn't fancy the m25 in snow and rush hour so turned round...day off!!

Sorry to hear that mick.i brought my ro in.that was covered in ice yesterday.hope mine havent split....again.
I want to go hot next year too.

Day off for me too.
Ordering some more clothing.see a lock up.plus better get my haircut as i look like a treehugger.must be the longest my hair as ever been.

Day off for me to. I can't get the van out the car park and I cannot park it anywhere else overnight and it's -3C and still snowing.  >:(

surely you knew it was going to be cold last night? why didnt you bring your ro inside?

I needed to pure water last night so why would i bring it in??, it must have cracked the night before where it froze up. it wouldnt crack while water runs through it over night would it. Im guessing you have never made a mistake before scrimble?.
