Hi, does anyone use an app they can recommend for property inspections/inventory.

These have to stand up in court, so a printed document and a Video or Photographed inspection is always preferable.
Digital voice recorder + voice recognition software Something like Dragon. Edit and print two/three copies and the same with Photo/Vid's
