Title: WCW battery sprayer
Post by: mark_roberts on March 09, 2013, 06:11:30 pm
Hi Guys

Just opened the box of my new big boy battery sprayer from Window Cleaning Warehouse.  Its the yellow one.

Filled it half up and It will not spray.

The charge indicator has three green lights which means fully charged according to the instructions which are in broken English.

Ive it on the charge now.

Any ideas?

Really need it for Monday.

Thanks
Mark

Mine was the same...leave it on charge and it will be fine.
Last charged mine middle of December and still plenty left in.
They last forever if you switch them off after use.

Yes Chris - it's a top bit of kit for the price.

Happy to pop down and show you it before you decide to buy.

Cheap as chips so if it breaks a year or two down the line, a replacement can be justified.

Chris

Ring them and tell them you want it for cc.
They then modify it for you.
Ask them if they have spares for it, the girl
on the phone said yes.
When it came it came with a spare lance, hose
and various nozzles at no extra charge.
You just have to be careful with it as the hose
is not quickly removable so is left on it with the
lance attached. Just store it so it don't get thrown
around.

Yes I love mine.
Just a word of caution.
The top solution container fits on top
of the black base containing pump and
electrics.
The solution container however sits inside
black container instead of the other way
round....so just be careful when filling as
if any spills down the side it can get inside
the base unit.
If that sounds right???

Iv'e had mine about two years and i love it, one charge lasts for weeks, I had an issuse with mine last week with the pipe splitting, but they sent me a piece to repair it with, cost me about £7 and its as good as new!

Three green lights on.  Adjusted pressure reg.  Charged over night still nothing.  Theres no sound from the pump at all.

Tried an open hose thinking maybe an air lock but nothing.  Will ring them tomorrow before I take it apart.

500sqm commercial tomorrow night so really want it working.  Dont fancy the pump up sprayer :'(

They get wet in the base and the moisture shorts out the electrics as a lot of the wires run along the bottom of the unit. Its the speed alternator unit that shorts first and thats what is sounds like on your unit.. It will make noise but wont spray.
