Title: Between tenant cleans

Could someone give me a price guide on cleaning a 3 bed mid terrace house on a "Between tenant" basis?       

Would this include carpet cleaning and oven or would that be charged seperately?

What is usually cleaned between tenants?   Anyone have a list they work by?

Would be mightily grateful for any help on this.

Hiya SNA - I assume thats what I mean!  LOL  I'm rubbish at this stuff. 

A good clean through, possible carpet & oven clean after tenant has left, and before new one moves in.

It's difficult to answer without a bit more info.

Are you working from a check out report?

Will you be viewing the property before you clean?
