We are thinking of sending our chap on a floor sanding course and just want to gauge opinion from those who have done one or any professional on here.
I have seen the courses advertised on here, are they thorough enough to confidently send someone out on a job once completed or would he need additional training....
How does no dust sanding work etc.

Hilton,
Why don't you just email me for more information, I will send you a copy of the pros and cons article I wrote for the CFJ and NCCA magazines.
BTW our course includes some "hand holding" after the training so no need to worry.

Cos the machines are F*****g expensive and there are quite a few doing it. Looked it myself, if you want to be as dustless as you can be you need a few quid + know what to do with the kit after you've bought it.

Thank you Graham, an answer at last...
Yes I gathered it would be expensive, but chappie fancies it and we have passed on this type of work before,, we'll see.

Definately get Terry's article if you haven't already read it.
As already mentioned there is significant cost and a learning curve to match.
Rewarding work but becoming a very competitive market.
In the last anyone purchasing machinery from us has been give the offer to be taken out with our team for a week on various projects from start to finish.
