Title: New Prochem Lower Price Vac Motors

Had one of my vac motors blow on me the other day. Called Prochem ordered there 3 stage vacuum motor its apparantly their new lower price version.

Delivered today, fitted &................. bang trips my electric, Called Prochem & the technical term is that its damned.

Just wanted to know if this is a one off or are these new plastic vacs really that crap?

Its likely to be this 1200w 'lamb' Ametek

Perhaps it a new ' lower price' for prochem who probably had an overinflated old price  :)
But thats the price they sell for here on ebay  etc  ...   Its only about 350airwtts btw.

Hi Paul

Had the same problems just b4 Christmas with my powermax. Had two new vac`s  fitted and one of them when bang when the machine was switch on.

Prochem change the motor with no prob`s.
