Hi Darren
I think I have just answered your question via the aworka support system, but I'll repeat it here anyway!
Jobs are not currently shown planned into the future, although its something I may look to add...
At the moment, when you mark a job Done or Skipped, it will auto plan for next time according to its frequency. So, you should always be able to see the next clean on the planner, but not the cleans after that.
Auto jobs are highlighted with a green AUTO marker so that you can tell which jobs you have added from those added by the system.
Jobs are shown as NEW the first time you add them to the Planner. It can be handy to know when a customer is new, in case you need to allow extra time for the job. However, in your case, although the customers are new to aworka, they are not new to you! Let me know if this causes you a problem. Incidentally, if you have your customer data in some other electronic form, I can probably import it for you (and the jobs won't be marked as new).
Thanks
Chris.

Thanks Chrsi - thats a real shame, as scheduling and planning is key to our business.
Really liked the look of the program too.

I'll let you know when/if the situation changes. It would be a nice feature, although I think most users find that one job ahead is enough, giving visibility of the next 4-6 weeks work.

hi chris
wcp has this feature it is very useful to see further ahead.
