Every know and then you find a company that just goes the extra mile. Gardiners is one of them and they are a pleasure to do business with.

I have no complaints with the service from Gardiners but there again, I've no complaints with the service I've received from most other suppliers either.

I cannot understand why when Gardiners send stuff out after it's been ordered that somehow the service is better than other suppliers who've sent stuff out after it's been ordered.

Am I missing the point or is this forum very pro Gardiners?

I have to admit though that Alex does come on here and answer questions which other suppliers don't do but there again, I've found if I phone up with a queries to those 'other' suppliers, they are usually more than helpfull.

It's how a company deals with problems and complaints that sets itself apart from every one else.

Alex helped me out on Sunday with two quite detailed emails and I just really appreciated it, hence the post.
