I'm suffering with the manflu,
Been work today and felt shocking so ive in bed from 7.30pm and just woke up,
Wide awake now.
You do get a bit of that with the man flu though, I'm just glad that I've got a day off tomorrow/today.

During the week 4.5 hours is the norm.
Weekend 6 max.
Much more and I feel rough for an hour or so after waking up.
Just 1 hour less sleep a day gives you a crazy 15 + extra days a year to play with, not that you can bank them or anything, but still there to be used :)

So long as I get 16hrs a day I'm great ;D

Maggie Thatcher only used to have 4 hours and she was fine ;D ;D ;D
