I have used this firm several times over the last 12 years and found them to be excellent quality of construction and service. Great for unusual tank shapes to maximize space in smaller vehicles.

About 6 years ago I got them to make me a large drip tray to stand twin reels on in the back of the van. Despite much abuse it is still in good condition and protect the van greatly. Very easy to tip water out of them at the end of the day - saves it sloshing around the van. Cost about £45 each.

Does anyone know what the price difference is between a custom made tank and the standard Wyedale one of the same spec?

Scrimble says that he has one. If it isn't a specialised design, how does a designer tank compare price wise to the standard Wyedale tank.

The picture he shows under the window cleaning section also shows tank bolted down to the floor of the van he has fitted it into. It shows angle iron at the bottom but no straps over the tank. Are these incorporated into the structure, or does he tank rely on the weight of the unit to 'hold' it in position?

Spruce they are cost more than a wydale tank but you get a lot better product for your money,

The pictures don't show the metal straps which bolt onto the angle iron frame

Thanks.

So roughly how much extra would someone probably have to pay would you say in your experience?

Thanks again

Your best off ringing the guy himself I paid just over 600 for a 600 litre custom tank with frame and metal straps
