1st cancelation of the day went like this .
Sorry im going to have to cancel asmy son in law is going to do them from now on .
2nd cancelation .
Oh last time you came there were smears left on the windows !
( well why didnt you call me ??? Ffs )
We dont want you using that pole thing but if you use ladders then by all means you can still do them . This is 2 houses the mother and the daughters ...
3rd cancelation .
Can you leave it this time im working nights this week and im just going to bed !!!
What at 1pm ???
The above was there 2nd clean so they are dumped !
On days like these i just feel like jacking it in and getting a job !
Seriously .
Those 4 jobs alone im down £46 ffs .

We had one of those a couple of weeks ago. 3 text cancellations; all no money/one being evicted from house!

I wouldnt mind if they let me know in advance these were all door stop cancelations these boil my blood !
I had a customer cancel last night for friday as her husband is going to be doing them i havent even done the first clean yet jeez .
Times like thesei feel like just packin up .

Had 1 today £13 used to take me 7 mins,note on door please dont clean windows anymore as we no longer require your services.So i knock the door and ask if there was any problem with the last clean.Reply no windows were perfect but someone else is doing them now he cleaned them saturday for a fiver.Found out off another customer on same estate that they are being cleaned by someone on benefits who is also a bit light fingered.I actually know the new cleaner lets say it only a matter of time before they have an attempted break in on their property.

I don't stand for it without good reason. Not on the day. Dump them. Plenty of custies out there.

Think of this way...you've got rid of some s**t customers quicker. In fact they've done you a favour and got rid of themselves.
Means you can now replace them with decent ones. Bye bye ;D

its easy to say for us who have plenty of work.not so good if he s struggling to pay the bills and build a good solid round.
my advice?DONT DWELL ON IT!!
go out and canvass and leaflet some affluent areas until you replace these crappy jobs.

Sorry to hear that gav, but you get some times like that, all the crap seems to hit the fan at the same time. Don't take it to heart, try to forget it and canvass and replace. You will get more customers. There's always someone out there needing your services. Chin-up ;D

Sorry to hear this but you will probably get 5 more jobs tommorow,swings and roundabouts!

I'd give up window cleaning all together it's just not worth the hassle.
You can sign on or get a part-time job, there's no full time jobs going anymore.
People are skint out there.
