do people rate them at all ? how do they scrub a sill without moving all oer
-
Don't have it too loose.
I can't work without one.

Ditto, you need to remove them for gutters and conservatory finials but they are superb on the glass.
-
Do you have to rinse brush on or is it still easy to rinse brush off?
-
can you use the brush in a vertical position , to clean between juliet bars that are too close to the glass to get behind

Yes! Pop it through the bars vertical then put it back to normal once on the glass with just a twist of the wrist. Because of the swivel movement, you can also cover much more glass area per bar gap than without one.
Used them for years, best thing since sliced bread- but like anything, you have to get used to using one as it will feel very different to begin with.

Gardiners swivel is cheap, strong and lasts for ages. You can swivel your brush between bars, rinse on or off and even scrub in rotation if you wish. Brilliant once you get used to it.

Swivel is the only way,i just don`t know how anyone can work without one (i am the original swiveler) ;)
