Title: Oven Cleaning - add on service

Can anybody recommend any oven cleaning products that do work without the use of a diptank.  I understand that to do oven cleaning fulltime then a diptank would be the way to go but i am only going to do this as an add on alomgside carpets, so maybe 1 or 2 a week.

Hi Steve
Jangro oven cleaner is very good but nasty as its caustic. Once the racks are out and you apply some heat, most products that are available such as Brillo oven cleaner will work too. The racks are going to be an issue though as the dip tank really does half the job time as it gets the carbon soft in all the really fiddly bits of the racks and at £40 for a single oven, you will wish you hadn't started some ovens!!
