Title: Sticking a flue through your van roof

How did you go about doing this? thinking of going the hot water route. Also wouldn't it harm the resale value of your van with a great big hole in the roof?

You can sell the van with a round sun roof. I will be a plus worth more cash.

Ive fitted a flue through my van roof.
I marked the size hole required with a pen, then drilled a hole and then used a hand nibbler to cut out the hole.
As for resale, i jave a aluminium dome vent on the roof, but i always thought if it was an issue for resale i could fit a spinning vent as alot of vans have these
