Chap I know also does BHS as well as the national guys. They get the nationals in to save money and end up paying two lots of window cleaners for the same job, fantastic business sense, no wonder they are all going bust! Saw the staff doing a terrible job at Starbucks this morning, nearly offered to help but didnt have time, what happened to their national lot?

I just laughed and told her to save up for a Karcher ;D

You do get a bit of that with national window cleaning contracts.
