I'll repeat that---- No.

If you wash your shirt after you have washed your dirty overalls do you use the same water for washing, rinsing, washing, rinsing?? Or do you use clean water to rinse??

It does seem hard to believe that the filters are that good. I'll give it a miss.

Julian the filters are very good and do indeed work. this machine can clean a serious amount of carpet on a tank of water. it provides good heat with the perfect heat system. i will be upgrading mine to the new one if you are interested in mine it has only 70 hrs completed and i only use it for large jobs. it comes complete with 33ft hose with wonder wand and cfr hand tool. Previous comments should be disregarded unless the posters have used the machine

Well so far the only positive comment is from someone wanting to sell theirs doesn't really lend itself to consumer confidence. Maybe I'll see one in action someday.

Perfect for that use Julian. Only gripe would be on small jobs where you have to mix 10 gallons of solution when you only need 3

I had one once, and had a few teething problems with it( pump regulator) was a bit temperamental and the removable plastic lid cracked on me, but apart from that it was a great machine and the recycling water bit does work.

I've had 2 cfr 400 machines and am still using the 2nd one as a back up to my t/ m and still use it on upholstery as its cheaper than running the t/ m on a 3
- piece

The new cfr with the 6.6 vacs looks a great machine

Anyone got one?

I believe thats one 6.6 ... so poor performance unless u want it right beside u all the time .
What do u do if u have room with an odor problem of someone had puked in ... spread the odor all around the rest of the room ?
would u use this for a greasy restaurant ... and who wants to cleaning filters all the time ( unless u have a jag  :D )
seems like a limited and limiting use machine to me  ... unnecessary
