Anybody had any problems with custies ???

I put a few up last week. The shock on their faces.... I put a couple of £15 ones up to £17 ( first rise in nearly 3 years). Another 20 up to 23 and a 20 up to 22 and she had two new dormers FFS. From her look I expect a cancellation.

Not for me. I always tell them the date of the last increase which is usually at least 2 years since.

I also warn them of the next review date which is usually 2 years later.

i only increase the ones im prepared to lose.... up to now...... only been at it about a year so early days

Put a note in with the last clean, price going up from £10 to £12, reason rising costs fuel, insurance etc. no problems at all.
They were underpriced at £10 and I think they all realised it.
Same houses coming on now are £14.
