Are customers liable for any accidents workmen have on their property?

I have heard they can be, but im not 100%

it's very much grey area, you, it's difficult because your own dynamic risk assessment should have identified any possible risks to yourselves and then subsequent control measures should have been put in place to protect yourselves.

But if u do have a grievance then possibly best to take expert advice.
