Any of you clean the new flats by the wharf bar?
also carl did a lad contact you yesterday about that penkridge round?

ive seen that one is it the £80 pcm resi and a school or someone else

Yes mate that one, I spoke to him about it but it's a bit out my way, the school is £750 each year and 80pcm the residential, he wanted around £400 for it. Surprised he didn't call you mate as he was desperate to sell this week and i gave him your web address as your based closer to it than me :)

I just spoke to the guy he wants £500 for it .

8 residential jobs and a school in august .
So if the school pulls out before the next clean thats it 1 big un down and your stuck with 8 residential jobs .

That's why I love this forum m8 information.
Even between local people.

I done 3 of there coupon cleans for more money.
So they paid at least twice for a job.
