Title: FAO Kevin

Hi Kevin

I'm quoting for a clean/strip and re-seal of a limestone floor, installed by Artisans of Devizes, and the client is keen for me to use Artisans own products.

Their suggested course of action is to use their Deep Cleaner, followed by Stain Block (which I'm assuming is an impregnator) and sealed with Easy Sheen.

Do you agree with this course of action and their suggested products ?

Hi Steve,

I have known this company and the Smith family who own and run this business for years, they are a very professional well respected company.
What they don't know about stone isn't worth knowing, I can guatentee you the products they are selling are of the highest quality.

My advice would be to speak with Brian or Hamish at the showroom who are two of the business owners, they will be the best contacts to advise on how and what products to you.

I hope it goes well for you.

Steve

Thanks for asking mate!

However, I am not in a position to comment!  Unfortunately I know nothing about their products! Or what results they produce!

If the customer has requested you use their products then I would follow their advice!

My only caveat would be to do a test area first to ensure you are happy with their suggested method and to make sure it works!
