Title: Sray on Snow around Windows

Hi Folks
      Anyone tried to remove the false snow people spray on their windows as the pure water would not even look at it. ???  :'( Any ideas what to use?

Trad clean the window but before blading off use a good scraper to remove the spray on snow, might need a few goes but should be fine.
