Title: Who do you address a commercial letter to ?

I have just done a canvassing letter for a dentists plus other commercial jobs that I'm after who do i address the letter to ??

Manager

Cleaning/ accounts manager

The list could go on is it best to just put Premises manager

Always better to call up and ask switchboard name of person or failing that I always use "Facilities Manager"
