Don't you just hate some customers. Sitting in the office this afternoon. Out the window the snow was blowing horizontal. Customer rings up and places an order then tells me he's sitting on a sun lounger in Grand Canaria but he'll have to go back into the bar soon because his nose is burning :'(

Must admit when I go on holiday I divert the phone.
Sometimes when someone rings for work doing I'll
make the odd sarcy comment.
