Does anyone use these chemicals. I used to buy the powder as a cheaper alternative to the Prochem ones, and it seemed okay. The chewing gum remover is very good, but was in a conventional can.
When buying chewing gum remover from Extracta, there product was conveniently in an aerosol can, and i was wondering if solvent can be used from a small presure sprayer without altering the plastic, or does it have to be in a metal sprayer, and if so where would you get one.
I was in a large department store today, and was surprised at the state of the carpets, especially the chewing gum. At what heat/pressure can you remove chewing gum from carpet, or do you always need to use a specific product such as a solvent or citrus gel type product? Does anybody recomment the bazooka product from prochem.

I used to use graftex but started to find customers complaining about powdery residue left from overspray so i went on to prochem which i think are far better, also use the bazooka spray which seems to be one of the best, but i wouldn't bother getting the bazooka gun (cost me about £300!) It doesn't really speed up the process much and i hardly use mine now! :-\
