Title: Good service from Vyair
Post by: richard jagger on February 13, 2013, 03:15:15 pm: I bought a 100psi x7 min pump from Vyair 6 months and I felt it was not performing like I expected it to.

Call them and Phil was happy to send a brand new pump out to replace mine free of charge and I will have it tomorrow ready for work.
There are still Companies still offering good service and we need to support these Companies. I was very surprised to get help after 6 months of use.
Thanks a well done to VYAIR for there very good service.

they couldn't work out what the problem was, so gave me a much better brandnew RO.

also ordered some pre filters the other day, got a phone call 20mins later to say they had been dispatched.
got them in under 24hrs.

I contacted them so I could order and pay for a new one.
They sent one to me 1st class post for free!
I have ordered filters etc. from them and always arrive very quickly.
I like them.
