Alright Lads,
What do you pay your second man in a van - WFP setup? ie - someone whose working alongside you, 8 hours a day. Has previous window cleaning experience.
Day rate? Hourly rate? Bonuses/incentives?
Cheers,
Caleb

Fella I used to sub for pays 60/40, it's his van so he gets 60%.
He's a good guy, not really after the money.

In reality that is more like 60/40 the other way by the time van and equipment costs are added. Daft.

I should think that refects his skill, experience, production and of course the quality of the business he is working for.
