Title: Do brodex give a f==k
Post by: redstarwindowcleaners on February 10, 2013, 08:31:36 am: Tried to contact brodex over the last week phoned but they never answer or you get a message says shut even the times of opening are clearly set out on their website

Someone answered once then put the phone straight down (scouse numpty)

Have emailed and recieved no reply over a week now

F==k them

emailed them, they replied straight away.
asked me to call to discuss problem, they answered straight away.
got a full set of clamp + epoxy from them in 24 hours.

I can usually recognize a winging scouse accent even in the 3 seconds I was on the phone

i took a pole deal of em, 3 poles for just under 300 that was a few years ago! only last week i popped in and they renewed the clamps on all of them, thats not all thats the forth time they did this for me! and further more they didnt charge me!!!!! even threw little things in for me when things on the system broke!

They won me back! i know they charge high prices and this is why i disliked them in the beginning there after sales were terrible but now they bend over backwards just to reinsure you their there to make sure you keep going! i,ll be buying more poles from them this year! ;D
