Title: Website Privacy & Cookie Policy ?

Just updating and adding some stuff to my site has anyone got a Privacy & Cookie Policy that i could use for my site.

My site is a word press site that uses seo yoast and site trafic widgets so does this affect the cookie policy  ??? ???

You can have the page if you prefer, but that little pop-up about cookies is all you need really.
