I've had mine for 2 and a half years still doing a good job but I may get a new one soon and keep this one as a spare.

My slx is over 2 years old and going strong, it's got loads of life left in it. My brother clx the same age has already had 2 replacement sections, and is really ready for the bin now. The slx's are more money but do last longer.

My first one lasted 4 years of daily abuse! I replaced it out of mercy rather than need.

I think my current one is about 18 months old, it gets the same daily abuse & is going strong with plenty of life left in it yet! :)

The SLX is worth every penny above the CLX & more. It's lighter, stiffer & should also last longer.

I guarantee you this- buy one & I bet you never buy another lesser pole!

 ;)

Well worth the extra IMHO

I had a slx22 delivered today to replace my ageing (2yrs) 22slx and its a great pole.

I also got 4  sill brushes and carbon goosenecks to match up.
My other new employee gets my old pole and I get the new one.

Another lad I have insists on the elite 30 with aquadaptor and dual trim medium mixed. Horses for courses m8

IMHO  a slx is the way forward pole wise it's the best value for money pole I have ever had.
