Hi to All. I would like to start by saying – THIS SITE IS GREAT! 8)
I saw the comments on people scanning the site for help but not posting anything. Someone made the comment that it might be a bit daunting. Well I must agree.
As a young starter I thought I can fire away by asking for a bit of advice.
I’m currentlty running a £1000 / month wfp window cleaning round and looking at expanding into Carpet cleaning. After a bit of research I got stuck on Prochem (cheap option £3000) and Alltec (£ 9000 clearly expensive option :o– but I can lease for about £250 / month)
Alltec offers a lot of help with the marketing and that’s why I want to go with them.
I also prefer targeting the up market customer.
And how would you go about with others in the market? Don’t want to make them feel I’m undercutting or stealing customers? (There is 4 others in the area using Alltec?? ??? ???)
Anyone in the Cambridge area who can help out on advice?
Thanks in advance!
