Title: grippa the worst website ever!

trying to get more information on the grippa rack possibly to order one,

feel like punching the screen when trying to use the grippa website

After my failed attempt trying to order the same I came to the conclusion that the customer service and website are an exact match.

grippa have given me fantastic customer service.  really cant speak highly enough of them.

their website isn't working right now, and i mentioned it to oliver who's aware of the problems and are fixing them.  it's a work in progress and i'm sure they get it right in time.

I have to agree, it has been a pain in the bum to get hold of them by phone, I tryed ordering a grippa rack for over 2 months, anyway about two weeks ago I spoke to someone diffrent in there company and they was very helpfull and I placed a order for a grippa rack which I now have, not fitted in the van yet as waiting for them to send me the top clamp as its for my 45 super max as the rack is built to the poles you have

They would be better off taking it down till its fixed I got really round up trying to order from it and quit. Not good annoying potential customers.

Had a quote GrippaRack 6 pole rack £119.99 + vat on dec 18 2012 but couldnt place a order

However the Invoice total: 92.88 GBP for this one as it was discounted for being messed about
